Dalhousie Public School, Badhani is a coeducational English boarding school which was established in the year 1993 by the Dalhousie Public School Educational Society. It is located in the foothills of Dalhousie at a distance of 16 km from Pathankot. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi and offers education from nursery to class 12th. Classes for 11th and 12th class girls are held separately as part of the Badhani Women's Academy. The school has a dedicated and well qualified teaching staff for different streams.

- Academic Calendar The academic session begins from April and ends in March next year. Summer break is from 1st June to 31st July and Winter break is of 1 month which starts in the 3rd week of December. There is also one short break of about one week for Diwali festival. After the final exams and before the commencement of the new session, the students are given a short break of about one week.
